Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Wodonga is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care / Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in our Kindergarten room.

The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday to join our welcoming, friendly team.

Responsibilities of the role include :

Nurturing,educating and caring forchildren 6 weeks to school age

Planning and implementing exciting and stimulating activities and learning opportunities for the children

Daily communication with parents and other team members

Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community

Working in a fun, friendly and welcoming team in a modern and bright center

Getting out and interacting with the local community as a part of our Out and About excursion program

Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based, emergent curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework

Developing and implementing 3 year old and 4 year old funded Kindergarten curriculum with the support of other ECTs and qualified educators

What Will You Need To Have?

Our ideal applicant will have :

Minimum Diploma Qualification for Early Childhood

ACECQA approved Childcare Qualifications - Bachelor or working towards completion of relevant studies

A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education

Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces

Current Working With Children's Check

Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Motivation, initiative and willingness to be a valued team player

An enthusiastic approach to working with children, families and the team of Educators at the service.

An ability to demonstrate strong skills in observing, programming & planning, to meet children's individual needs.
