Customer Service Officer

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Silverwater branch as a Customer Service Officer. You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Infrabuild Steel Centre.  This is a Monday to Friday role with some paid overtime as required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service / sales experience.

Responsibilities will include :

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Maintain stock levels
• Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
• Merchandising
• Receipt of stock and checking invoices
• Maximising sales opportunities
• General administration duties

This is a customer facing role within our show room. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced retail sales / customer service representative, who has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve and provide customer solutions.
