We are seeking an experienced Office All-rounder to join us at our warehouse located in Kingsgrove, Sydney.
- What you'll be doing
- General office administration including basic website management.
- Warehouse experience strongly preferred.
- Analyse CAD drawings and generate quotations and invoices for projects.
- Assist with occasional general warehouse duties including inventory management.
- Occasional deliveries within Sydney metro area.
- Assisting with other miscellaneous duties as required.
- Experience / Skills
- Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin. Ability to read and write Chinese strongly desired but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in lighting or electrical desired.
- Knowledge of MYOB or similar accounting software desired.
- High computer / IT literacy (MS Office, general IT, basic website management).
- Proactive, keen to learn, with the ability to work independently.
- Unrestricted driver's licence.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
