The RoleThe experienced
Home Managerwill be responsible for the leadership and service delivery, in line with organisational values to ensure excellence in care, the provision of wellbeing-based, high-quality services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for all residents. The role will also focus on compliance and financial KPIs, ensuring that the Retirement Community follows legislative and statutory requirements. Employee engagement will be high on the agenda, and you will be required to lead, develop, and coach the workforce with ongoing and continuous improvement. Home Manageris $190,000 plus superannuation plus salary packaging, and all other benefits will be negotiated accordingly, however, your prior experience will determine the appropriate immediate income level.Home Managerrole is offered on a full-time basis, with a commencement indicated as - Immediate.Only applicants with a valid right to work in Australia will be considered.
