Project Management Specialist

• Role Description
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel
• Safely manage the delivery of projects and work packages.
• Assist with the completion of project delivery to client standards and adhere to company standards.
• Assist with QA / QC documentation.
• Assist with labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Programming and scheduling works
• Assisting with advice on any technical and engineering issues
• Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
• Skills, Knowledge & Requirements
• Have completed studies in project management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments.
• Demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good listening skills to being able to record what the customer requires.
• Engage with customers and Key leaders to understand existing improvement and relationship opportunities.
