Assistant Director, Digital Architecture And Strategy

In this key role, you will be responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and governance of the organisation's digital architecture, enterprise platforms, and data capabilities. You will ensure that our technology investments align with business needs, cybersecurity requirements, and our long-term digital strategy.

A core responsibility includes acting as the Product Owner for the organisation's key cloud-based platforms, most notably our Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM), to ensure systems are effective, integrated, and continuously improving.

You will have a leadership style that is collaborative, strategic and people-focused, which will enable you to lead the Projects & IT team and be responsible for driving a cohesive, secure and future-focused cloud-first digital ecosystem.

To be successful in our position you will have :

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology teams, including business intelligence, IT operations, and system administration to deliver cohesive digital services.
• Extensive experience in enterprise digital architecture, cloud-based platform governance (including CRM), and technology leadership.
• Proven ability to lead strategic IT planning, cybersecurity risk management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership capabilities, with a track record of influencing strategy and building digital capability across an organisation.
