Key ResponsibilitiesProviding confidential secretarial and administrative support, including preparation of papers, correspondence, strategic documentation, and other documentsPlanning and coordination for key meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation and distribution, minute taking, room set up, meeting and greeting visitors as required.Drafting correspondence and letters on behalf of the CEO & ExecutiveCoordinate and contribute to CEO led engagements, events and projectsBuild solid stakeholder relationships at Executive LevelManage multiple priorities and conflicting timelinesKey CriteriaProven track record in an EA role supporting busy CEOs and executivesOutstanding time management and excellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills, high level of confidence with the Microsoft Office suite of products and an ability to learn new systemsProactive, dynamic, able to act autonomously with highly effective decision makingNFP industry experience highly regarded
