About the Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Mine Geologist to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Senior Mine Geologist and work on an 8 : 6 roster.

Your focus will be on supporting safe and efficient ore extraction by providing geological guidance and insights to our mining operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Conducting underground inspections, face mapping, and stope design reviews.
• Delivering grade control and ore–waste management to support efficient mining operations.
• Logging core and managing geological data, including QA / QC, modelling, and reconciliation.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring underground diamond drilling programmes.
• Generating short-term forecast mine grade schedules for processing planning.
• Championing site safety and HSEC standards through exemplary behaviour and compliance.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in mine geology, with experience in grade control, managing daily drilling activities, and supervising contractors.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications :

• A tertiary qualification in Geology.
• Experience with geological mining software packages, such as Micromine, Leapfrog, Vulcan and Deswik.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• A current C-class manual driver’s licence.
