Our Onboarding and Support team work closely with stakeholders to deliver brilliant outcomes relating to our new to bank processes, this also includes end to end on boarding. This is a busy and diverse role that will see you make an impact by providing a range of services and support to our colleagues.

• Supporting with a broad range of operational tasks including various onboarding activities to support key stakeholders and colleagues across Bankwest.
• Ability to collaborate with key business partners to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Ability to develop and grow strong stakeholder relationships through understanding the needs of our customers.
• Ability to identify key risks and manage to reduce overall business impact.
• Seeking to identify opportunities for continuous improvements within the Operational excellence framework.
