Looking for full time reception work in the Redlands?

As the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, you play a vital role in positively shaping the interaction that clients have with the company, ensuring that you provide excellent customer service though all means of communication.

You will look after a range of administrative duties including organising a complex diary management system and ensure all documents have been completed to ensure the smooth operations of the 4 clinics.

  • About this Role
  • As a customer service team administrator you will be needed to thrive in a busy work environment as you will responsible for :

  • Managing and booking complex diary system for multiple therapists using our practice software.
  • Invoicing and receipting of payments for both in clinic and mobile clients using EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare, Medipass, DVA and Work Cover.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, directing calls and accurate message taking.
  • Meeting & greeting clients in a friendly manner
  • General office administration including stationery supplies reordering, scanning, filing and data entry
  • Following referral intake procedure and sending of necessary paperwork
  • Ensuring all necessary documentations have been completed and updated on clients profile.
  • Ensuring the clinic is well presented and organised at all times
  • Assistance to therapists and admin team members when required.

  • Has excellent administration skills
  • Is willing to learn new procedures and able to multi-task
  • Has exceptional customer skills, including a professional phone manner
  • Is well-presented, friendly and organised
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Has the ability to work effectively in a busy environment while prioritising tasks
  • Is able to ensure that the clinic is fully supported to enable the delivery of quality client care by the practitioners and staff
  • Respects confidentiality and the privacy of clients, and our team at all times
  • Maintains a cooperative team environment by communicating openly and in a friendly manner, working efficiently and amicably with all members of the clinic
  • Has proficient computer skills
  • Works well autonomously and in a team
  • Is reliable and punctual
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Desired experience
  • Experience working in reception in an allied health setting
  • experience working with NDIS
  • Experience using Nookal / Medipass / Tyro / Medicare
  • Hold a valid Blue card and Yellow Card
