Temporary assignment for approx. 3-4 weeks, possible extension.

IMMEDIATE START

Location : Menai

Days : 3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday

Hours : Open to 9.30 am - 3.30 / 4.30 pm

Hourly Rate : $35.00 / hour + Super

Temp Receptionist required for psychology practice. Warm, friendly environment.

Front desk reception
Meeting and greeting clients
Manage bookings
Fax, scan, and electronic filing of documents
Payments and medicare payments
Re-confirming bookings and changing appointments
General office administration duties

Previous experience working in medical / private practice essential.
