Senior Property Lawyer | Boutique Practice Lead the property division of a highly regarded boutique firm working on landmark developments across SEQ.

A well-established boutique property law firm on the Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Lawyer to step into a pivotal leadership role within the practice.

This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a high-performing division, working closely with sophisticated property clients on complex and high-value matters.

Key Responsibilities Off-the-plan contracts : Deliver expert pre-contractual advice and manage transactions through to execution.

Major project work : Lead matters for three substantial projects nearing registration.

Represent buyers and developers in high-value transactions and disputes (worth up to $8 million).

Oversee a capable internal team, including two senior conveyancing paralegals and a law clerk.

Collaborate with counsel on estate litigation matters.

Optionally handle wills, depending on your experience and interest.

Be a trusted, accessible advisor to both clients and team members.

About You 8+ years' PAE in property law, with demonstrated experience in project work and off-the-plan matters.

Skilled in delivering pre-contract advice and managing transactions end-to-end.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

A commercial, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.

Willing to work primarily from the office, with some flexibility for WFH.

Approachable, professional, and collaborative in your communication style.
