You will have the rewarding challenge of deepening existing broker relationships and growing your targeted agri commercial broker network : Tell our story to bring the right Brokers on board; educate them on our policy, processes, value proposition and suite of products; support them through the accreditation process.

In this role you will make an impact by :

• Proactively servicing your brokers to drive growth within the Agri loan portfolios in your region.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our aggregator partners and accredited brokers.
• As well as internal stakeholders to ensure the best solution is delivered to our brokers and customers.
• A regular day will include relationship building, problem solving, commission negotiation and broker education.
• You’ll facilitate webinars, attend and present at PD days, conferences and other marketing and training opportunities.
