Service Coordinator

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our successful and friendly team in our Mackay Branch.
Your role will be to coordinate day-to-day operational and commercial activities for the Service Team in order to meet customer requirements while achieving agreed safety, quality and commercial objectives.
Your tasks will include :
- Plan and organise activities in the workshop to ensure work is completed on time.
- Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system, and generate job related documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers and transport companies.
- Generate service jobs, purchase orders, invoices and ordering parts.
- Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment by compliance with the company’s WHS Management System

About You
Experience with technical specifications, engineering drawings, interpreting parts / service manuals and knowledge of repair processes and equipment would be advantageous but not essential.
