Your role
Prensa is a risk management consultancy servicing clients throughout Australia. The business has over 260 consultants working nationally. Prensa provides a range of risk management services including environment, health and safety, occupational hygiene, hazardous materials, and emergency management.
The role involves significant fieldwork, including building and site inspections. Opportunities include consulting in areas such as :
- HSE assessments, management systems, and audits
- Asbestos and hazardous material management
- Hazardous chemical and waste management
- Confined spaces, plant, fire safety, height safety, and traffic management
- Assessing properties damaged by natural disasters like floods and fires
- Monitoring air contaminants, noise, and indoor air quality
Due to recent successful proposals, they are looking for graduates to start in February 2025.
About you
Qualifications :
Prensa Australia seeks highly motivated and enthusiastic science, engineering, or safety graduates to work closely with clients on health, safety, and environmental issues. The role focuses on helping clients manage risks at commercial buildings, industrial sites, and retail facilities to protect the environment, property, and health.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in client-facing roles, and excellent report-writing abilities are essential.Experience in customer service is valued, along with the ability to lead and work within a team, and a commitment to high standards of service.Eligibility criteria :
A degree in science, chemistry, engineering, or health and safety is requiredA current driver’s license, private vehicle, capacity to travel within Australia, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are also required.Benefits
