An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced event coordinator who has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Event Planning & Coordination
• Lead the planning and execution of weddings, corporate functions, and private parties, working closely with culinary teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Entertainment Management
• Curate live performances and themed nights in collaboration with the Operations Manager to develop entertainment schedules.
• Guest Satisfaction
• Provide top-tier customer service, addressing guest concerns and continuously improving event experiences based on feedback.
• Conference & Event Services
• Manage food and beverage services, oversee event budgets, and ensure the flawless operation of all event aspects.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate event records, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stay up to date on industry trends.
• Collaboration
• Work across all departments to ensure successful event delivery.
• Experience and Skills Required
• Minimum of 1 years experience with wedding coordination desirable
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise completing tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience with RMS and IVVY (desirable)

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location : In person
