A$200,000.00 / yr - A$300,000.00 / yr

Principal Recruitment Consultant - Software Engineering

Will relocate people from around Australia, London or elsewhere - pay for full relocation and family visas

Most of them do 5 days a week in the office but open to people doing less if needed

15 individuals managing -7 Data Scientists, 6 Data Engineers, 1 DevOps Engineer and 1 Software Engineer

Your Mission

Turn brilliance into output. Drive a squad of talented data engineers to predictable, sprint-after-sprint delivery.
Own the machine. Design, tune, and relentlessly improve our agile processes until they roar.
Clear the runway. Translate business goals into crisp technical plans, eradicate blockers, and keep stakeholders in sync.
Measure, refine, repeat. Velocity, cycle time, quality - if it moves, you’ll track it and make it move faster.

You Bring

A CS / Software Eng degree (or equivalent battle scars).

A record of shipping complex projects on time, on spec, every time .

Hands-on line-management of engineers plus mastery of sprint ceremonies.

Bonus points for wagering / start-up exposure.
