Nurse Next Door is looking for a Care Designer (Registered Nurse / Endorsed Enrolled Nurse) — someone who will ensure our clients are safe and happy in their own homes and lead a team of caregivers who love what they do. You may know similar roles as a Case Manager or Clinical Care Manager.

Your Role (Reporting to our Managing Director)
Design tailored and meaningful client care plans that foster positive relationships between clients and the Care Team.
Meet with potential clients to consult on their options for premium home care services.
Oversee client clinical care and maintain impeccable care documentation.
Ensure the high clinical standards set by Nurse Next Door are upheld.
Support and develop a motivated, growing team of caregivers and nurses.

Mandatory Requirements Registration as Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA)
CPR & First Aid Certification Current NSW Driver's Licence (with no restrictions) NDIS Worker Screening Check NDIS Worker Orientation Modulecompleted ("Quality, Safety & You")
Working with Children Check (NSW) Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
