  • About the Position
  • Our Cleveland Home and Community service are looking for an experienced Administration Officer who loves variety and takes pride in their contribution to the overall operations of the service. This full-time position will provide you with variety delivering a range of administration tasks including, some knowledge of payroll and accounts.

  • About You
  • Experience in an administration role in Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background preferred
  • Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
  • Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Procura software - highly desirable
  • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and an open style that encourages rapport with others
  • Initiative and able to monitor and manage your own workload while working within role expectations, deadlines and management requirements
  • Unwavering attention-to-detail, even when tasks get routine
  • National Police Certificate
  • Queensland Driver Licence
  • Full Covid Vaccination evidence
