In our fast-paced environment we work to productivity goals, which measures the speed at which items are collected from storage locations, and we'll provide training along with a dedicated mentor to help you learn our processes and achieve these goals. The role can be physically demanding and requires you to be on your feet throughout your shift, being comfortable frequently lifting and carrying bulky items (up to 20kg) plus standing for extended periods of time is important.
