Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Administration Assistant.
Contract : Up to 12 months
Location : Based in Western Sydney, close to public transport
Hourly Pay Rate : $45 p / h + Super
Responsibilities
Reviewing and processing documentation, correspondence and reports Processing invoices and raising purchase orders Organising meetings including; taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting rooms etc Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone calls
Essential
2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager / TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
