As a valuable member of the

• Customer Service Team
• you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and our customers. You will be joining a team already dedicated and highly motivated in our new state of the art facility in Dandenong South.
• Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include
• Providing exceptional phone based service and support to our salesforce and customers
• Data Processing
• Providing administrative support as required

• A passion for delivering first class customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The flexibility to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional later shifts
• The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
• Knowledge of our products would be an advantage but not essential
