As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve a critical link between business stakeholders and EOS ICT technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver tangible value Manage EOS IT infrastructure.
- Strategic Alignment : Partner with the Head of ICT and senior executives to ensure ICT initiatives directly support our strategic priorities.
- Business Case Development : Lead the development of robust business cases, incorporating cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.
- Portfolio Management Support : Assist in prioritizing and managing the ICT project portfolio to deliver maximum business value and strategic alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support ICT transformation efforts.
- Process Analysis & Improvement : Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, supporting effective planning and delivery.
- Project Support : Provide vital support to project management functions, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance activities.
