We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Role Overview :
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Your responsibilities will include providing supports in both our COMAC, IHS & Learning and Lifestyle Program. This will involve providing supports in group settings in our day service at Kew and 1 : 1 supports in the community or at home. There are also shifts available in our Hub in Thomastown.
