Skills in providing IT end user support to internal staff including incidents, changes, service and access requests recording them in the ITSM systems.
Developing and defining project roadmaps / workstreams in conjunction with program lead and ensure system compliance with all company security policies.
Keeping up to date with the latest emerging technologies and completing training and ongoing development of your skills as agreed with the Direct Manager.
Participate in any applicable project tasks and be available to clarify the requirements and complete assigned tasks.
For you to be successful in this role you must have a proven all-round Technical Business Analyst background with Salesforce experience. Certification highly desired.
Ability to clearly communicate Salesforce features in non-technical way to business stakeholders.
You have worked on Salesforce projects previously and understand the platform, its potential, and its limitations.
Demonstrated ability to create, update and maintain relevant IT Operational documentation, SOP's, end user documentation and related policies.
Work alongside and manage vendors, a well-resourced team and leaders.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports and documentation.
Must possess a strong sense of responsibility, "can do" attitude and takes initiative. The people element is critical.
