Our multi-disciplinary team supports the community with services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy .
Job Description
We’re currently inviting Speech Pathologists —from new graduates to experienced clinicians—to join our growing team in the Northern NSW region , supporting participants in Ballina, Byron Bay, and Mullumbimby .

Your Role Will Include :
Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way
Supporting participants across settings—home, school, and the broader community
Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements
What We’re Looking For :
Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
A fun, team-first approach to work
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
