Our RAC Motoring and Home Services team support over 1 million RAC members providing exceptional member experiences every day. We are looking for an energic and detailed focused Accounts Receivable Officer with strong communication skills and a thirst to work with an accounts team that truly love what they do.

This position is initially begin offered, on a 12 month maximum term contract. The role is based in our West Perth Office, 3 days per week, and WFH 2 days per week. In the future support our Roadside team based in our Joondalup office.

• What will you be doing?
• Responding to customer queries and offer solutions
• Create new customers and raise Invoices for products and services
• Set up and manage ongoing billing for monitored systems
• Manage debtor's ledger
• Professional and systematical debt collection
• Monthly reporting and reconciliations
• Other administrative and adhoc duties assigned as required

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong accounts receivable background in a medium to large organisational environment, including :
