Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for multiple APS4 Support Officer's, to join the 3P Transition Branch in preparing the Agency's Service Delivery to transition into a new Salesforce CRM & 3P Service Model.

The 3P Transition Operational Readiness Team, focus on ensuring the business and staff are ready for 3P transition. They oversee the alignment of People, Processes, and Platforms, ensuring Service Delivery is ready to operate in the new environment. They work closely with leadership across service delivery to confirm that readiness activities are completed and act as a conduit to bridge gaps in readiness. Our Operational Readiness Team confirms alignment and readiness, making sure the 3P transition enhances our operations, not hinder them.

Labour Hire hourly rate spanning an initial 12 months, with the opportunity to extend. APS4 level role paying an hourly rate of $43.82 + Superannuation, to be based out of our client's Brisbane location.

On offer is 2 days working from home, with 3 on site, hours expected are an average of 37.5 hours across a 5-day working week.

The APS4 Support Officer may have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.
