- The Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, driven and confident Sales Manager to manage and motivate our team of Beauty Advisors (in-clinic sales consultants) across our Sydney CBD & Brookvale clinics. You must have proven experience in a Sales Manager role & previous clinic management to be eligible to apply, direct sales experience, consultative sales experience & dermal beauty experiences is a must.
You will need to have a proven history of sales management, team management and someone who continually exceeds their targets. We are looking for a real go-getter who is driven and is excited to lead and motivate their team to success.
Working parallel to the Clinic Managers across our 2 clinics, you will be managing a team of 6 Beauty Advisors.
Job duties include :
- Develop a strong understanding of what drives and motivates your staff to increase performance and client service standards.
- Coach and mentor your team in sales techniques to ensure KPI's are met / exceeded.
- Take initiative - solve problems as they arise.
- Monitor performance and sales constantly.
- Break down targets for team members to understand and motivate the team to achieve these.
- Mentor team members and assist them in their career development and progression.
- Coach team members when dealing with issues or challenges that may arise.
This will be a role will be split between the Head office, Brookvale Clinic & Market Street Clinic, Sydney
Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm. (Please note there may be some irregular later nights until 6pm or 7pm based on Sales Meetings)

- Above award wages + Super + bonuses OTE $30-50K
- About You
- Minimum 1 years' recent experience in a Sales Manager role.
- Must have direct sales experience in high ticket items
- Must have consultative sales experience in premium luxury items.
- Confidence to lead, mentor and motivate a team to consistently achieve / exceed KPI's.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships.
- 2 years Industry experience in dermal beauty or similar is a must.
- Experience in leading sales seminars or training or educating in sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a professional appearance
