    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, people focussed and passionate Boutique Operations Manager to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique on Castlereagh St. As the Operations Manager for our largest boutique in Australia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operations to provide a platform for our Front of House teams to surprise and delight our Dior clients.

      In leading our Operations teams, you will play a vital role in maintaining and refining the image of our boutique through process integrity and improvement, vendor management, inventory management, boutique maintenance, team leadership and development and setting the example for excellence.

    • Your Purpose : _
    • Lead the BOH team in supporting the achievement of boutique goals and objectives, continuously seeking ways to streamline and improve operational support and processes
    • Oversee and manage all operational administrative duties, including cashiering, transaction updates, reporting and boutique expenses
    • Monitor stock inventory levels and conditions, ensuring prompt and accurate replenishment
    • Oversee all stock transfers in and out of boutique
    • Understand the Dior product care processes and maintain their standards throughout our products journey
    • Conduct daily checks to maintain housekeeping standards and prevent stock loss
    • Provide coaching and guidance to improve performance and engagement of team
    • Manage maintenance issues by monitoring the performance of external vendors
    • Ensure the cleanliness, presentation and Dior standards are upheld at all times and makes for an extraordinary experience for every client
    • To be successful in this role : _
    • You will have several years of relevant experience within boutique / store operations ideally in a flagship environment. You will have highly developed attention to detail with a logical and control focused mindset, as well as excellent leadership, influencing, communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to thrive under pressure and be proactive and self-motivated will be key to achieving exceptional results.
