About this roleBe an integral part of our Brisbane office support team working alongside the Executive assistants to provide varied administrative tasks.
Key responsibilitiesFormatting documents to ensure consistency with the GT brandPreparing, finalising and collating documentation including adding partner signatures using Adobe Acrobat ProDatabase and system management such as setting up new matter codes in Salesforce and ensuring client information is up to date as requiredAssisting with the client take on process including undertaking background searches and conflict checksProviding support with proposals including editing, formatting and proof readingDaily monitoring of the administration inbox to ensure timely assistance is provided to the teamAssisting with the bank confirmations process using an online portalOrganising meetings including room bookings when requiredOther ad hoc administrative dutiesSkills & experienceAt least 6-12 months administration experience within a corporate environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProactive and positive approach to work demonstrating initiativeTakes ownership of work and responsibility for personal performanceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levelsHigh attention to detail and accuracyIf you're interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
