Childcare Educator - Diploma Or Certificate Iii

Smart Cookies Early Learning Centre is a 30 place centre located in Sefton and is looking for a motivated enthusiastic Childcare Educator to join our existing team of childcare Educators. You will work alongside experienced educators and gain exposure to children of all age groups.

• You will
• Create a stimulating and positive learning environment.
• Provide physical care, assisting children with daily routines such as sleeping & meal times.
• Conduct observations and evaluations of children's development.
• Maintain up to date records for each child within the room.
• Supervise children with their play activities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, children & their families.
• Implement and maintain the elements of the NQS and EYLF.
• A current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
• Child Protection.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of cohesive and supportive team environment.
• The ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Previous Childcare Experience.
• The ability to lead the room in the absence of the Room Leader.
