Who is TeamKids?

Job Description This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry.

You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location : Northern suburbs You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday.

As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

Responsibilities : Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.

Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the children's preferences.

Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.

Play and have FUN with primary school-aged children.

Support ensuring your program complies with industry regulations.

The Successful Candidate : Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential — we can train you!

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and still have a big kid at heart!

You are a confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

You are a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

You are passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

You are energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!

You hold a relevant Diploma qualification (or are working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
