Job descriptionResponsibilities Provide personal care and support services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting Assist clients with community access, such as accompanying them to appointments, shopping, or social events Provide domestic assistance, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Maintain accurate records of client care and support plans Work closely with other team members, including Allied Health Professionals, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care Experience in High Care is preferred Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Availability to work rotating rostered hours within a 24-hour, 7-day a week Driver's License and own car with Comprehensive Car Insurance NDIS Screen Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate in Infection Control Training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with children with ASD preferred What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly rates ($35 Mon Fri, $37 Afterhours Mon - Fri, $40 Saturday and $50 Sunday) Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A supportive and inclusive work environment Flexibility and variety in your work Working with a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities Job Type Casual Salary 35.00 - $50.00 per hour
