Role :
A rare opportunity has become available for a strategic and experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Manager to join a multi-site hospitality group.
This is a hands-on and strategic HR leadership position. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function across multiple venues, working closely with department heads and executive leadership.
Reporting to the General Manager – Hotels you’ll oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and performance
What You'll Be Doing :
Own and manage the employee journey across all venues
Implement and manage HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks
Lead recruitment, on-boarding, contracts, and induction processes
Support leaders with performance management and employee relations
Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure Fair Work compliance
Provide ongoing HR support to venue managers and senior stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor on all people and culture matters
Regularly report on HR metrics and workforce trends
Manage visa applications and sponsorships, ensuring full legal compliance
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 3-5 years in a senior HR role, ideally in hospitality or multi-site environments
Proven experience implementing HR systems and scalable processes
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work legislation
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational ability
Full understanding of HRIS platforms and reporting functions
Please note : Regular travel to country and regional locations across Western Australia is a requirement of this role.
