Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the
- Perth Meto & Southwest
- region, overseeing the operations at multiple branches, upholding company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance and ensuring ability to grow revenue and profitability in due course.

- Financial Performance : _Mentor and guide the operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Asset Performance : _Optimise utilisation of asset fleet through labour and maintenance efficiencies, with supporting strategies to deliver benchmark R&M spend performance

A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.
