• Bookkeeping Duties
• Timesheet Reporting
• Payroll Tax Reporting
• BAS Preparation
• To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following
• Experienced in managing organisational payroll
• Fluency with HR policies, legislation, and industrial instruments / awards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Proficient using Xero (or similar accounting / payroll software)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Timeliness, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
• High level of integrity and trustworthy
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics employment conditions (desired)
• Understanding of enterprise bargaining agreements (EBA)
