Safety Australia, an organization dedicated to creating occupational health and safety, is collaborating with Sydney Trains to seek paramedics for Sydney Train customers .

The primary responsibility of the selected candidate is to be a unit readily responsive to on-site healthcare assistance for injured and sick patients . This involves working with registered nurses to provide on-site first aid and other related healthcare services in coordination with NSW Ambulance services for cases requiring hospital care.

The role of the paramedic within the organization includes facilitating safe travel through prompt first aid treatment, assisting sick and injured passengers on trains and stations, prioritizing the transport of patients, and staying with the patient until advanced healthcare personnel arrive.

The position involves a Monday – Friday schedule with split shifts from 6 – 10 AM and 3 – 7 PM.

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Police and Working with Children Checks are mandatory
