Salary Sacrifice Details

As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a . of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated. What You Bring to the Team

• Professionalism : Maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and adhere to high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care : Administer medications and interventions.
• Care Planning : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans.
• Health Monitoring : Document and respond to changes in residents' health.
• Family Education : Inform families about health conditions and treatments.
• Team Support : Provide guidance to care workers.

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Full working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• National Police Check and First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
