Golden Beach Tavern, a local favourite in beautiful Caloundra, is on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our passionate team!

Just minutes from the ocean, Caloundra offers an unbeatable coastal lifestyle – think early morning beach walks, vibrant local markets, and a laid-back community vibe. Whether you're a local or looking to make a sea change, this is your chance to balance work and lifestyle in one of Queensland’s most picturesque beachside towns.

We’re looking for someone with relevant hospitality qualifications, a strong understanding of venue operations, and a genuine love for great food, drinks and customer service.
