Job descriptionGet around the on-site banter and enjoy the below perks ENTICING REMUNERATION PACKAGE $$$ 8 / 6 FIFO FROM PERTH DAY SHIFT ONLY FORTNIGHTLY PAYS TRAVEL BENEFITS SALARY SACRIFICE TO SUPERANNUATION NOVATED LEASING EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PRIVATE HEALTHCARE DISCOUNTS CAREER PROGRESSION AND STABILITY PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAMS IN PERTH SUPPORTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM What your day to day looks like Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining documentation, plans, and reports in line with Emeco standards Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation Raising and receipting of purchase orders Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role At least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes Must have full working rights within Australia How To Apply Posted Date 22 Nov 2024 Location Perth
