Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback.Ensure the store meets all safety and cleanliness standards.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.Monitor and control stock levels, ordering products as needed to meet demand.Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement.Manage store budgets, including expenses and cost control.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.Organize promotional events and in-store displays to attract customers.RequirementsProven experience as aStore Manageror in a similar retail management role.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.Knowledge of retail operations and financial management.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.Pay : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
