Step into a pivotal role as Finance Officer in a parttime position where youll manage Accounts Payable while also supporting key areas across our financial operations. This diverse allrounder position offers the perfect opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a dynamic environment ensuring our resorts financial processes run smoothly across the board.

In this role youll :

  • Focus on receiving processing and verifying invoices to ensure timely accurate payments
  • Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle and maintain organized records
  • Reconcile payments and assist with End of Month financial procedures
  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve payment invoicing or payroll issues
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial processes and controls

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role youll need :

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance Business or a related field or relevant experience in Accounting
  • Previous hotel industry experience (a plus but not essential! to enhance your understanding of our dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting procedures with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships across teams
