Our NDIS team plays a vital role in ensuring providers meet the highest quality standards, supporting their journey through the NDIS certification process.Want to know more about us visit our website will you be responsible for?Scheduling NDIS audits, matching auditors with client requirements and availabilityCoordinating and confirming appointments with clients and auditorsManaging scheduling changes and resolving conflicts efficientlyEnsuring compliance with NDIS certification guidelines and deadlinesCommunicating with internal teams, clients, and auditors to provide updates and supportMaintaining accurate records and documentation in our systemsWhat we are looking for?We're on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and bring a positive attitude to work each day.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our NDIS team.

This role is critical in coordinating audits, liaising with auditors and clients, and ensuring a seamless certification process.Previous experience in a similar role focused on scheduling, administration, or coordination roles (bonus if in auditing or NDIS)Strong organisational and time management skills – you love a well-planned schedule!Excellent communication skills – you'll be the key link between auditors and clientsHigh attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this roleAbility to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (desirable)Next steps?If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat!
