Change Analyst

IMMEDIATE - SAP Change Analyst - AUD 770 ex super - NSW Govt Project

Location                     :    Sydney CBD

Initial contract             :    12 months

Working                     :    Hybrid

MUST HAVE  : SAP Change experience

Key accountabilities include :

• Provide comprehensive assessment and analysis of the change impacts between current and future state ERP system
• Inform the development of change management plans , including completing stakeholder analysis,
• Change readiness assessments , and identifying risks to adoption.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of change initiatives ,
• Including Executive engagement, training, staff briefings, and communication requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of agreed change management activities in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage change management records and artefacts to inform decision making
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project team members, stakeholders and clients.
