As Early Childhood Teacher you will be leading, mentoring, and developing your team to ensure the educators and the children in your care can thrive and grow under your direction.

• You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
• Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.

• What YOU need
• Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
• You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
