  • ABOUT THE ROLE

    • Key responsibilities include :

  • Sourcing expertise : developing strategies, conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines
  • End to end recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers at all levels of the business to ensure recruitment education and appropriate processes being followed
  • ABOUT YOU
  • Recruitment experience in the financial services industry is a must, with funds experience an advantage
  • Either internal or agency recruitment experience of around 2+ years
  • Experience in proactive talent sourcing and talent pipe-lining success
  • Expert in using recruitment tools and social media to deliver talent in the most effective way
