As a Function & Events Attendant, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the operations inside conference and events spaces. You will deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectation though the following tasks :

• Providing high levels of customer service
• Providing relevant information to event attendees
• Serving food and drinks to attendees at the highest standard
• Welcoming guests to venue
• Setting up function rooms
• Adhering to event safety standards
• Operating bars and barista duties
• Cleaning and clearing tables
• Taking orders and cash handling
