We are seeking a dedicated
Workforce Coordinatorto be an integral part of our busy team based at our St Leonards Head Office supporting our homes. This role is a maternity leave fixed term contract initially for for 6 months with the potential to extend to 12 months.The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of advice, service and support on employee lifecycle matters. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting workforce team members, delivering and contributing to workforce projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for the administration associated with the employment life cycle and assisting with various workforce report and analysis.
Some of the key responsibilities includePreparing employment letters, contracts and new starter packsMonitoring and conducting police / working rights checksDeveloping paperwork associated with employment changesPreparation of routine workforce reporting and analysisAbout youTo be a success in this role you must possess :
