Package70-85k / year + super + 10% bonus + $18k car allowance + fuel card, home internet, health insurance, home office.About the RoleAs the Application Consultant, you will educate, train, and provide guidance and first-line technical support to healthcare professionals. Your clients will include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spinal and Neuro surgeons and engineering teams across Sydney. Additionally, you will :
Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usageEducate / train customers on the use of products and servicesField customer questions / requests : Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and proceduresEffectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issuesPerform routine calibrations and preventative maintenanceDeliver high-level customer serviceRead, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.Instruct customers and staff in the proper use of the equipmentWillingness to travel as there will be travel to Wollongong, Newcastle and possibly Canberra.About YouBiomedical Engineering degree or equivalent clinical based experienceFull Australian drivers license and willingness to travelExcellent written and verbal communicationDeveloped time management and organisation skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of teamWillingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledgeRecent biomedical graduates or Theatre nurses with 1-3 years experience are encouraged to applyJob TypeFull-time, PermanentWorking HoursMonday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs)If you would like more information on this role, please contact Eva Kelly on 0481 167 596 for a confidential discussion.
